Unwrap the cake off of it's plastic package, Place the cake in a tray suitable to cook inside the oven.
Let the cake defrost completely. Be careful, the cake does not need to leaven any more. Place the tray with the cakes in a ventilated oven at 160ºC -170ºC for around 25 minutes.
After it has cooked properly, take it off. (optional)If you have any sugar flavoured jelly or baker's varnish, heat it up and carefully with a brush, varnish the candied fruits. This will make your cake glow!
